Terms of Business
These Terms of Business govern the contract between Spring View Apartment (registered: Belair, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).
Check in / Check out
Check-in is from 08:00am to 19:00pm, please confirm the estimated time in which you will arrive at the property. If delayed, please don't worry, you can contact us to rearrange new meeting time.
Spring View Apartment do not have a reception; therefore we will expect to meet guest upon arrival at the main Apartment entrance in order to give access and conduct a full check in / move in tour of the apartment including instructions on how to operate appliances. if you need to check in outside check in hours, please use the special request section when booking.
Check-out at Spring View apartment is by 12:00 (Mid Day) on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Failure to vacate by this time may result in further charges.
Availability and Booking
Availability of accommodation at rates shown may be subject to change and or restricted to certain periods. you may be asked to secure your booking by pre payment. reservation can be made via our booking request form or simply contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, any booking made with us.
It is important to thoroughly review all details and dates before finalizing your booking, as any errors or omissions could potentially lead to your reservation being cancelled. Additionally, we recommend obtaining travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss or damage to personal belongings. It is always better to be prepared for any unexpected events that may occur during your stay.
Bookings are confirmed only when Spring View Apartment have accepted the booking by sending you a Booking Confirmation by email and have taken payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For any booking to be confirmed by Spring View Apartment, a payment date and method must be agreed in advance.
Should payment not reach Spring View Apartment within the required time we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any bookings made and any deposit paid may be forfeit.
Please note that Spring View Apartment have a strict age restriction policy of guests being no younger than 18 years old unless specifically agreed in writing. Photographic identification may be requested upon arrival, and if this is not presented or if the guest does not comply with the age restriction, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
It is important to review all details in the booking confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if there are any inaccuracies. Spring View Apartment will make corrections to any obvious errors within 7 days of issuing the confirmation, or no later than 24 hours before your arrival date if it is within 7 days of booking. If any material changes are not acceptable, a full refund may be provided.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Spring View Apartment.
Payment
Your full payment is taken at the time of move-in / check-in otherwise arranged, this is non refundable or transferable.
Cancellation & Amendments
All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing. A charge will be levied in respect of reservations, which are subsequently cancelled, or in the case of non-arrival.
If the appropriate cancellation notice is not given in writing prior to the proposed arrival date the total cost of the accommodation will be charged, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation at the same rate. We recommend that appropriate insurance is taken out especially for longer stays. Please note there will be a administration fee for any confirmed bookings which are subsequently amended.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil, your requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to accept the changed arrangements as notified or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of monies paid.
Early departures are treated as cancellations and the Guest is not entitled to a refund for the remaining number of nights unless agreed in writing. Non-arrivals are treated as cancellations and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Spring View Apartment will be under no further obligation or liability for losses or expenses arising from the cancellation. There are no further circumstances for which Spring View Apartment will be liable for a refund.
Collection of keys
Keys are to be collected and returned, unless otherwise agreed at Spring View Apartment. It is important to keep the keys safe and secure during your stay.
When checking out, please return all keys. Failure to return keys may result in a lost key fee being charged to your account.
As standard we provide one key per bedroom (one bedroom Apartment = 1 key, 2 bedroom apartment = 2 keys)
If you require additional keys or have any special requests regarding key collection or return, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Special request
All special requests will be considered when allocating bookings but cannot be guaranteed.
Car parking
Car parking is provided free on site at customers risk.
Payment
Your full payment is taken at the time of move-in / check-in otherwise arranged, this is non refundable.
House keeping
We employ our own housekeeping and maintenance teams who are all friendly, trustworthy and highly trained individuals.
Please note the weekly clean will not include the washing of dishes or removal of excess rubbish. The apartments are to be left in a clean and tidy manner, failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning charge.
The housekeeping service at Spring view Apartment is typically provided on a weekly basis, but we can customize it to suit your specific needs for an additional fee. To make arrangements during your booking or stay, please speak with a member of staff of use the special request box when making your booking .
Additionally, we can supply extra bed linen and towels upon prior request, although an additional charge may apply for this service as well.
The Guest agrees to maintain the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition throughout their stay. In the event that the apartment is left in an unreasonable and excessively unclean state upon departure, Spring View Apartment reserves the right to charge the Guest for the additional cleaning required, at a rate of $30 per hour.
Furthermore, the Guest agrees to immediately report any maintenance issues that arise during their stay to the staff of Spring View Apartment. Prompt reporting is essential to prevent further damage to the apartment or any of its contents.
Maintenance
We understand that in order to deliver the highest standard of service it is necessary to ensure that our properties are well maintained and inspected on a regular basis. We have a maintenance support team available to change light bulbs and handle and small day-to-day issues.
If a maintenance visit is necessary then this will be arrange at a convenient time for you as we always respect guest’s privacy during their stay with us. The Guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The Guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay.

Please note that complaints are more easily resolved while you are still in the property.24 hrs. after check-out you should receive a feed back form in which any comments or complain can also be raised.
Damages
Spring View Apartment reserves the right to charge your credit card or invoice you for any theft of or damage caused to Spring View Apartment property during your stay. We will provide you with full breakdown of such charges which may include an administrative fee to recover our costs. We also reserve the right to cancel any booking should you or any members of your party create a serious disturbance to any other guests or adjoining neighbours.
General Information

Accuracy of Information: While efforts are made to ensure information is accurate, Spring View Apartment disclaims responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information when necessary.
Force Majeure: The establishment will not be liable for events beyond its control, including fire, strikes, weather disruptions, and other unpredictable occurrences that may affect accommodations or services.
Loss and Damage: Spring View Apartment excludes liability for loss of valuables, property damage, and indirect or consequential losses, except in cases of death or personal injury resulting from negligence on its part.
Valuables: Guests are encouraged to discuss the handling of valuable items with staff upon arrival.
Statutory Rights: While exclusions apply, guests’ statutory rights remain intact and unaffected by this disclaimer.
Insurance
Guests and visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure adequate personal and travel insurance is taken out.
Occupancy
Occupancy Limits: The apartment is to be occupied solely by the individuals specified at the time of booking. Should it be determined that additional persons are occupying the apartment who were not included in the original booking, we reserve the right to apply an additional fee. Furthermore, we reserve the right to require the entire party to vacate the premises immediately in such cases, and no refund will be issued for any unused days.
Noise and Conduct Complaints: In the event of complaints regarding noise, disrespectful behavior, or damage to the property, we may require guests to vacate the premises without notice and with no compensation for any unused days.
Booking Discretion: We reserve the right to decline any bookings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the customer may not use the apartment responsibly. This includes, but is not limited to, behaviour that contradicts good morals or public order.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, however your price is guaranteed once you have received confirmation.
Right of entry
Employees of Spring View Apartment or nominated person shall be allowed access to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
Smoking
Please be advised that all of our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with our non-smoking policy will result in a $150 cleaning charge.

Bedding and Towels: Cotton bed linen, towels, and bath mats
Entertainment: Flat-screen Smart TVs, Wi-Fi
Kitchen Facilities: Fully-equipped kitchens featuring cutlery, crockery, glassware, a full-size fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle
Living Space: Spacious living areas with a dining room table
Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning equipment and a complimentary housekeeping service for stays longer than 7 days
Convenience: Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board
Parking: Complimentary private parking (subject to availability)
Family Amenities: Baby travel cots and high chairs available upon request and subject to availability

Lost property
Left property will be kept on-site by Spring View Apartment for a period of two weeks. After that time if the left property is not claimed by the guest it will be disposed.
Lost of guest property
Spring View Apartment is not liable for loss or damage to any guest's belongings during the stay in our apartment. Please email us at Springviewapartment@gmail.com to register a lost item.

Images of apartments presented on our website and third-party websites are for reference only as the apartments vary in style, size and shape. We reserve the right to amend the content of our website at any time.

House rules
Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property caused during their stay.

Payments: Currently we accept cash: USD, GBP & XCD or bank transfer only.
