1. Damages: Guests will be responsible for any property damage caused during their stay.

2. Cleaning: Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay. A cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is not left in a satisfactory condition upon check-out.

3. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed to stay at the apartment without prior approval from the property management.

4. Parking: Parking is available on-site for guests. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing a car.

5. Lost keys: Guests will be charged a fee for lost or damaged keys.

6. Age restriction: Minimum age required to book is 18.

7. Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.

8. Payments: Currently we accept cash: USD, GBP & XCD or bank transfer only.
